Streaming Only

If you have a video that is complete and you are looking for someone to stream your video, we can help.

We can stream your video through your website, Realtor.com and your local or regional MLS listing services for a one time fee of *$49. This includes a Dial-up Stream (56 kb) and a Broadband Stream (300 kb) for as long as the property is on the market. Please visit our Listings page for examples.

There are additional charges for the following:
Add an additional High Broadband Stream (512 kb) for $29.
For Realtors who are not "Enhanced Members" of Realtor.com, there is a $25 fee to link the video stream as a "Featured Tour" through realtor.com.
Some regional MLS listing services have special video requirements. If more than one version of the video is needed to be hosted and streamed, there is an additional $29 for the processing and hosting. **Please note below the requirements for regional MLS listing services.

*Pricing Based on a video of 4 minutes or less for residential properties only. If you have a longer video please contact us and we can give you a quote.

**Denver's Metrolist and recolorado.com has the following requirements. There cannot be any agent, office or Virtual Tour Company information or branding with the tours. The tours must be about the property only not about the area around the property. (Due to the additional processing and hosting for recolorado.com, only the Broadband Stream is available on recolorado.com. Dial-up and High Broadband Streams are still included and available through your website and realtor.com)
