How it Works!

If you are a realtor we can provide professional digital video services to capture a full-motion video of your listing. We also have additional services such as script writing and voice-over talent.

The footage is then professionally edited into an attractive video, with descriptive narrative, and background music. At the end of the video, the listing agents contact information is displayed and viewers are encouraged to contact them. Please see our Pricing page for options and rates.

For realtors on a budget, or outside the Front Range, we can use still photographs (provided by the realtor) to simulate full-motion video, complete with zooms, pulls, pushes, pans, as well as voice-over narrative and music. Another option is to contract the services of a professional videographer in your area, or if you have the capability, produce the video yourself. For a fee of as little as $49.00 we will stream the video you provide us. See Streaming page for more information.

We encode the video to the Flash Video format and upload it to our Video Streaming Servers.

We create a web page on our servers that streams the video. We also will list your video on our website on our Listings page as part of our service at no extra cost.

We then provide you with the HTML code that you, or your webmaster, can put on all your web pages including Realtor.com and regional MLS websites. This code will open a Popup window to the video on our servers. The user can then choose the video stream depending on the speed of their internet connection.

If the user does not have the latest Flash 8 plugin, they are directed to the Macromedia/Adobe site for the easy to install plugin. The Flash plugin is currently installed on 97% of all computers.
